At HFS, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your HFS account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed via your original payment method.
